UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

Next day delivery
For UAE orders before 2pm, we offer next day delivery. Our delivery times are from 8am-10pm, Monday to Saturday.

For orders to Al Ain, Fujairah, Umm al Quwain & Ras al Khaimah expected delivery is 1-2 business days. However, please note that remote areas are limited to delivery on Thursdays and Sundays. 

Same day delivery
We offer express 4 hour delivery for orders in Dubai placed before 5pm for a fee of AED 35.

Shipping Fees
UAE orders above AED 300 qualify for free shipping, with the exception of 4 hour express delivery. For orders below AED 300, a shipping fee of AED 25 will be applied.

Tracking and Updates
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and receive updates on the estimated delivery date.

Delivery Address
Please ensure that the provided shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Our customer care team will be happy to assist in the case the address needs to be amended. However, if your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.

Remote Areas
Please note that remote areas are limited to delivery on Thursdays and Sundays.

Al Ain: Al Wiqan, Al Faqa, Al Hiyar, Camel Race Track (Ghireebah), Sweihan.

Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address. If the delivery is unsuccessful, a delivery notification will be left, and you may be contacted to arrange a re-delivery or pickup from a designated location. 

Non-Deliverable Items
Some items may have delivery restrictions due to their size, weight, or nature. If an item cannot be delivered to your location, we will notify you and provide alternative options, such as canceling the item.

Delivery Issues
Please note that delivery timeframes may be subject to unforeseen circumstances, such as public holidays, customs clearance procedures, or extreme weather conditions. We will do our best to communicate any potential delays and minimize any inconvenience caused. However, we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as instances where you are unavailable to receive the order or request a postponement. If on the delivery date our delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address, a reasonable re-delivery charge may be applied. We will pre-inform you of this charge.

Delivery Timeframe
We only offer express worldwide shipping. We strive to have your international orders delivered within 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Fees and Taxes
Experience the convenience of having your favorite items delivered worldwide for a flat rate of AED 25 (approximately €6 / £5). Plus, enjoy free shipping on international orders over AED 1,000 (approximately €250 / £215).

Important information regarding custom duties, taxes and import fees
Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may vary depending on the customs regulations of the destination country.

For remote areas an extra charge of AED 150 may be applied, however we will always contact you for approval prior to shipping the order.
